What you'll do
- Contribute as a Senior Software Engineer building and scaling EverAI's flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, CTO, product, and engineering teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Drive the full software development lifecycle including project specs review, integration planning, coding, PRs, code reviews, and testing.
- Work primarily with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS technologies.
- Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment focused on user-centric, ethical AI products with a strong emphasis on ownership and velocity.
