What you'll do
- Contribute as a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale EverAI's flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Product Manager, and cross-functional teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Own end-to-end software development tasks: project specification review, integration planning, coding, PRs, code reviews, and testing.
- Work primarily with Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS on large-scale, user-facing products.
- Operate in a fast-paced, agile environment with a strong focus on ownership, user-centricity, and ethical AI development.
