What you'll do
- Join a rapidly expanding tech team to build and scale EverAI's flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, product team, and engineering team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Responsible for hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and integration planning based on project specs.
- Contribute to defining the product roadmap and experiment with new ideas to improve user experience.
- Work fully remote from Latvia, reporting directly to the Tech Lead in a fast-paced, agile environment.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack roles in fast-paced scale-ups or similar environments.
- The role requires a doer mindset balancing software craftsmanship with velocity and strong ownership.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on NSFW products involving uncensored AI models and content.
