What you'll do
- Join as a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, CTO, product, and engineering teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Take ownership of project specs, integration plans, coding, code reviews, and testing in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to an ambitious feature roadmap with room to experiment and innovate on new ideas.
- Work fully remote from Lithuania , reporting directly to the Tech Lead, with a focus on user-centric, ethical AI products.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack roles, preferably in agile scale-ups with large user bases.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English are essential for working with distributed teams.
