What you'll do
- Join a rapidly expanding tech team to build and scale EverAI's flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, CTO, product team, and engineering team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Responsible for reviewing project specs, preparing integration plans, coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Contribute to a product used by millions of users, with opportunities to run experiments and innovate.
- Work fully remote from Lithuania, reporting directly to leadership and influencing the product roadmap.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack roles in fast-paced scale-ups or similar environments.
- The role requires strong ownership, a doer mindset, and excellent communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working on NSFW content and uncensored AI models is essential.
