What you'll do
- Join a rapidly expanding tech team to build and scale EverAI's flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead to review specs, plan integrations, and deliver high-quality code.
- Contribute hands-on with Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS in a full-stack or back-end capacity.
- Work directly with the CTO and a multidisciplinary team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Drive product innovation with ownership, experimentation, and a user-centric mindset in a fast-paced, agile environment.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in back-end or full-stack roles within fast-paced scale-ups or large-scale products.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential for collaboration in a globally distributed team.
