What you'll do
- Contribute as a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Tech Lead, and cross-functional teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Engage in hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and preparing integration plans and estimations.
- Work primarily with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS technologies.
- Report directly to the Tech Lead and influence the product roadmap while experimenting with new ideas.
