What you'll do
- Contribute as a Senior Software Engineer in a rapidly expanding AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, CTO, product, and engineering teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Responsible for reviewing project specs, preparing integration plans, coding, PRs, code reviews, and testing.
- Work primarily with Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS technologies.
- Drive user-centric development with ownership, commitment, and a doer mindset in a fast-paced environment.
