What you'll do

- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, CTO, product managers, and a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Own end-to-end software development including code implementation, reviews, testing, and integration planning.
- Work primarily with Ruby, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS technologies.
- Drive product innovation with a user-centric mindset and ability to balance craftsmanship and velocity.
