What you'll do
- Lead design and optimization of frontend user acquisition and activation funnels for Scribd's products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to enhance conversion rates and user engagement.
- Drive experimentation-driven development using A/B testing, personalization, and data-informed design.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Signup & Activation team.
- Work primarily on frontend with strong integration alongside backend engineers in a Rails-backed environment.
