What you'll do
- Join a small, high-performance engineering team working closely with CTO and product leadership.
- Own end-to-end implementation of features using Ruby on Rails, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
- Translate product specs into scalable technical solutions and contribute ideas shaping the product roadmap.
- Work remotely with a global team aligned within +/- 4 hours of CET timezone.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in backend or full-stack roles, preferably in B2C SaaS scale-ups.
- Requires comfort working in teams where AI assistance is heavily used in daily workflows.
- Strong ownership mindset and fluent English communication are essential for success.
