What you'll do
- Lead significant migration efforts and collaborate with government stakeholders to gain buy-in on technical initiatives.

- Create tools and processes to automate development, testing, and production workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support and troubleshoot production systems.
- Contribute to hiring activities including referrals, interviews, and debriefs as needed.
