What you'll do
- Co-develop new full-stack features for the Acture platform using Ruby on Rails and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate closely with a small, driven engineering team to shape user experience and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Ensure high-quality releases through thorough testing, QA, and maintenance of a clean, efficient codebase.
- Work with a modern tech stack including Ruby on Rails, RSpec, Capybara, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and improve platform stability, performance, and scalability.
What you should know
