What you'll do
- Join as a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, product managers, and cross-functional teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Take ownership of end-to-end development: project specs review, integration planning, coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Work with a modern stack including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS.
- Contribute to a fast-paced, agile environment focused on user-centric, ethical AI products with large-scale user impact.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in back-end or full-stack roles within fast-paced scale-ups or similar environments.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential for effective collaboration in a remote international team.
