What you'll do
- Contribute as a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, product managers, and cross-functional teams including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Participate in full software development lifecycle: project specs review, integration planning, coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Work with modern technologies including Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS.
- Drive innovation by running experiments and proposing new ideas aligned with a fast-paced, user-centric roadmap.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in back-end or full-stack roles within agile, fast-paced scale-ups.
