What you'll do
- Join as a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale EverAI’s flagship AI companionship platform.
- Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, product managers, and a multidisciplinary engineering team including web developers, SRE, and data scientists.
- Take ownership of end-to-end software development: project specs review, integration planning, coding, code reviews, and testing.
- Work primarily with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, Hotwire, and Tailwind CSS in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Contribute ideas and run experiments to influence the product roadmap and deliver user-centric, ethical AI solutions.
What you should know
- Ideal candidates have 5+ years experience in back-end or full-stack roles at tech scale-ups or similarly fast-paced environments.
