What you'll do
- Design, build, and enhance full-stack features for Slideshare using Ruby on Rails backend and React/Next.js frontend.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and machine learning teams to integrate ML and LLM-driven features.
- Lead architectural decisions with a focus on frontend performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Improve system reliability and developer productivity through CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimizations.
