What you'll do
- Lead design and development of full-stack features for Slideshare using Ruby on Rails backend and Next.js/React frontend.
- Collaborate with machine learning teams to integrate ML models and LLM-driven features into user workflows.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions with strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, CSS, and GraphQL.
- Improve application performance, reliability, and observability using logging, metrics, and monitoring tools like Datadog and Sentry.
- Mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enhance developer productivity.
