What you'll do
- Serve as the technical anchor for the Channels division, bridging customer-facing dashboard and delivery engines.
- Lead large, ambiguous projects end-to-end, driving cross-team collaboration and architectural direction.
- Mentor engineers at all levels, raising the bar through code and architecture reviews and technical coaching.
- Champion reliability and operability, improving observability and reducing incidents division-wide.
- Write and maintain foundational systems and frameworks to enable faster, safer product delivery.
