What you'll do
- Lead technical direction and make architectural decisions for a significant part of the fintech platform.
- Develop across the full stack including React admin dashboards, GraphQL APIs, and AWS serverless infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide a team of 5–15 engineers while writing production code daily.
- Work on a plugin-based TypeScript monorepo with real-time payment processing and crypto wallet infrastructure.
- Ensure system quality with a comprehensive E2E test suite and CI/CD pipelines gating every deployment.

- Expect to work with a fast-moving codebase where reading existing code is crucial at the start.
