What you'll do
- Develop scalable full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL to enhance member growth and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to improve the top of funnel experience for mental healthcare access.
- Own critical early user journey steps including registration, authentication, onboarding, and provider matching.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and maintain high engineering standards including test coverage and observability.
- Support system reliability through on-call rotations and contribute to continuous improvement of the application stack.
