What you'll do
- Develop and optimize modem power and thermal management algorithms for Pixel devices, including cellular modes like NTN and Direct-to-Cell.
- Design, implement, and validate power/thermal features using inputs from system sensors and power rails to improve device efficiency.
- Collaborate with test teams to recreate key scenarios in lab environments and define validation strategies for power/thermal issues.
- Debug and resolve modem power and thermal problems arising from factory, certification, field, and end-user environments.
- Work closely with vendors and solution providers to enhance modem power/thermal software design and optimization.
