What you'll do
- Join the Enterprise Learning & Skills team to develop and maintain a large-scale, API-driven platform for digital credentialing.
- Work primarily with Ruby on Rails backend services and modern JavaScript frontends in a full-stack capacity.
- Implement features, bug fixes, and refactors under guidance from senior engineers with a focus on maintainable, tested code.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools daily for coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure platform quality and usability.
