What you'll do
- Lead a small engineering team focused on growth and acquisition funnel optimization with a 50/50 split between management and hands-on coding.
- Own and improve the lower acquisition funnel from flow start to checkout, emphasizing conversion rate and retention metrics.
- Design and execute A/B experiments across signup, checkout, pricing, and product recommendations using analytics tools like Amplitude.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams, reporting to the Head of Engineering to set technical direction for growth initiatives.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and ensure best practices in code quality, deployment, and system reliability.
