What you'll do
- Build and maintain both frontend (TypeScript/React) and backend (Ruby/Rails) of an internal DSP platform.
- Collaborate directly with users to understand workflows and contribute to product solution design.
- Work in a cross-functional team of 5 including design, engineering, and product, led by a Director of Product.
- Use AI coding tools daily to enhance code quality and development throughput.
- Maintain existing systems, address operational issues, and contribute to infrastructure health.
