What you'll do
- Work on the I Heart Ruby team to improve Ruby practices and support Ruby engineering across Chime.
- Develop and maintain widely used Ruby tools and libraries to accelerate service development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support Ruby upgrades and enhance performance.
- Own the release process and roadmap for the main common Ruby gem used internally.
- Provide mentorship, onboarding, and learning opportunities for Ruby developers at Chime.
