What you'll do
- Join a small, high-performing product engineering team working on the full Vantage stack including reporting, integrations, and billing.
- Deliver 10-20 production releases daily with a focus on new features, performance, scalability, and tech debt reduction.
- Collaborate directly with founders on feature discovery, ideation, and technical architecture decisions.
- Own end-to-end feature development including measuring and reporting customer impact.
- Engage in customer calls with design and product teams to deeply understand user needs.
