What you'll do
- Join a small, high-performing team working across the full Vantage stack including core reporting and provider integrations.
- Contribute to end-to-end feature development with a focus on clean, testable, peer-reviewed code.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with 10-20 production releases daily and a well-groomed backlog.
- Collaborate using lightweight processes like ADRs and async Slack huddles to maintain quality and coordination.
- Gain mentorship and direct interaction with engineers while shipping impactful features that affect customer experience.

- This internship requires full-time onsite presence in New York City for 10-12 weeks during summer 2026.

- Experience with object-oriented programming is required; Ruby knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
