What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery and execution of Resideo’s OnePortal web platform initiatives, balancing modernization and legacy system stability.
- Manage and mentor a team of full-stack engineers working with React, AngularJS, Ruby on Rails, and .NET integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Global Experience Design (GXD) to ensure alignment on business priorities and user experience.
- Drive adoption of AI-first engineering practices to improve team productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.
- Ensure strong engineering discipline including testing, CI/CD, API validation, and operational excellence across modern and legacy systems.

- Candidates should be comfortable managing both modern React micro-frontends and legacy AngularJS + Ruby on Rails systems.
