Lead end-to-end delivery and execution of Resideo’s OnePortal web platform initiatives, balancing modernization and legacy system stability.
Manage and mentor a team of full-stack engineers working with React, AngularJS, Ruby on Rails, and .NET integrations.
Collaborate closely with Product Management and Global Experience Design (GXD) to ensure alignment on business priorities and user experience.
Drive adoption of AI-first engineering practices to improve team productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity.
Ensure strong engineering discipline including testing, CI/CD, API validation, and operational excellence across modern and legacy systems.

This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can translate strategy into predictable delivery.
Candidates should be comfortable managing both modern React micro-frontends and legacy AngularJS + Ruby on Rails systems.
The position is hybrid with on-site work required three days a week in Austin, TX.
