What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and Customer Reliability Engineers (CREs) focused on platform availability and resilience.
- Own operational excellence including incident response, root cause analysis, and maturity of incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Drive technical strategy for cloud infrastructure scalability and automation on Microsoft Azure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success to integrate reliability early in the development lifecycle and manage vendor relationships.
- Serve as executive escalation point for high-severity incidents and present operational metrics and strategic roadmaps to leadership.
