What you'll do
- Design and deliver end-to-end features for Slack's Huddles video conferencing product serving over 4.8M weekly users.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to build real-time web applications at global scale.
- Optimize and debug audio/video performance across multiple devices and network conditions using WebRTC and related technologies.
- Establish and maintain high engineering standards through code quality, system design, and reusable architectural patterns.
- Mentor engineers, conduct in-depth code reviews, and support production excellence by partnering with Customer Experience teams.
