What you'll do
- Own and manage end-to-end backend systems including data models, workflows, and APIs for dispatch, ticketing, and settlements.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, mobile, product, and Forward Deployed Engineers in a small, lean engineering team.
- Leverage AI-generated code extensively while maintaining ownership of architecture, tests, security, and production behavior.
- Design and operate complex systems such as telematics tracking, geofencing, algorithmic dispatch, and payments processing.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems and shape internal AI tooling for development and review workflows.
