What you'll do
- Design, build, and operate global cloud networking systems including load balancing, DNS, CDN, and traffic management for Slack.
- Develop and automate DDoS detection and mitigation systems to protect against large-scale network threats.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and Linux-based networks, collaborating closely with AWS and internal teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain availability and resiliency of critical Slack infrastructure.
