What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75% and scale customer insights from dozens to hundreds.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs through an Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Centralize and standardize data collection, transformation, and reporting using analytics platforms like Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
- Own full lifecycle of scalable, resilient infrastructure using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure as code (AWS, Terraform).
