What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75% and scale customer insights from 15-25 to hundreds.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features and APIs.
- Centralize and standardize data collection, transformation, and reporting using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
- Own system lifecycle including development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
