What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75% and scale customer insights from 15-25 to hundreds.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Centralize and standardize data collection, transformation, and reporting infrastructure using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
- Own full lifecycle of scalable, resilient systems using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform).
