What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from 15-25 to hundreds of customers.
- Design and build data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data scientists, and ML engineers to deliver enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features.
- Centralize and standardize data reporting and analytics infrastructure using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
- Own full lifecycle of scalable, resilient systems using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure as code (AWS, Terraform).
