What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from 15-25 to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade features and operationalize AI models.
- Own full lifecycle of components including development, deployment, and maintenance using cloud infrastructure and container tech.
- Build self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks.
