What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Own full lifecycle of components, building scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Create self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks.
