What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data scientists, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Own full lifecycle of components including planning, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Build self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks, enhancing partner value delivery.
