What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data scientists, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Own full lifecycle of components, building scalable, resilient systems using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform).
- Develop self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks, ensuring pipeline reliability and data quality.
