What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort by 75%, scaling partner insights from dozens to hundreds.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data scientists, and ML engineers to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features.
- Own full lifecycle of components including planning, development, deployment, and maintenance with focus on scalability and reliability.
- Build self-service tools and APIs that empower cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks.

- This role requires a startup or high-growth environment mindset with 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with both structured and unstructured data and building scalable data infrastructure.
