What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and build data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals for the Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data scientists, and ML engineers to create enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features and APIs.
- Own full lifecycle of components including planning, deployment, and maintenance with focus on scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Build self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks, improving pipeline reliability and insight quality.
