What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from 15-25 to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Own full lifecycle of components including deployment, maintenance, and monitoring to ensure system reliability and insight quality.
- Build scalable, resilient infrastructure using containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure as code (AWS, Terraform).
