What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade features and operationalize AI models.
- Own full lifecycle of components including development, deployment, and maintenance with focus on scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Build self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks, improving partner experience and impact.
