What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data such as session recordings, chat logs, and behavioral signals.
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade Performance Intelligence features on frontend and backend.
- Own components through full lifecycle including development, deployment, and maintenance with focus on scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Build self-service tools empowering cross-functional teams to access insights without engineering bottlenecks, improving pipeline reliability and insight quality.
