What you'll do
- Lead development of automation tooling to reduce manual effort in insight generation by 75%, enabling scale from dozens to hundreds of partners.
- Design and implement data pipelines processing unstructured data like session recordings and chat logs through the Intelligence Layer.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data science, and ML teams to build enterprise-grade frontend and backend systems.
- Own full lifecycle of components, ensuring scalable, resilient infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform.
- Build self-service tools empowering non-engineering teams to access and deliver insights without bottlenecks.
