What you'll do
- Lead architecture, design, and development of full stack applications using Ruby on Rails and ReactJS.
- Drive application modernization including decomposing monolithic systems into microservices.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards for code quality, security, and performance.
- Contribute to cloud-native solutions on AWS/Azure with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership on cross-team initiatives and ensure scalable, resilient systems.
