Staff Product Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

Role Summary

• •Own and ship the most complex PRs across the entire product including billing, API, dashboard, and enterprise features.
• •Take over technical leadership from CEO/CTO by reviewing PRs, raising code quality, and shaping technical direction.
• •Develop and maintain performance-critical code with focus on debugging, optimization, and security standards.
• •Collaborate directly with CEO/CTO in a high-trust, hands-on role without management responsibilities.
• •Contribute to frontend using TailwindCSS and build clean, functional UI alongside backend development.
