What you'll do
- Own and ship the most complex PRs across the entire product including billing, API, dashboard, and enterprise features.
- Serve as the technical backbone, eventually taking over the CEO/CTO's technical responsibilities without managing people.
- Collaborate directly with CEO/CTO on product and technical decisions in a high-trust, high-impact role.
- Lead code reviews to raise quality standards and mentor other engineers through feedback.
- Develop and optimize performance-critical code, maintain security standards, and stay current with Rails and AI advancements.
